Eating dinner after 7pm may increase heart attack risk

Due to an increased work lifestyle and more artificial lighting, people are eating later. A new study suggests that this may affect our blood pressure overnight and thus affect our risk of heart attack. Blood pressure is supposed to decrease by 10% during sleep but the study showed that there were more people maintaining a high blood pressure overnight when eating after 7pm than those who ate earlier!
