Piling on the pounds with exercise…. Is this a responsible title?
The Times newspaper reported a study on Saturday from France, where certain subjects increased weight after exercising 2-3 hours per week. This is an attractive thought, that doing less exercise can help us lose weight. But is it the right message?
There were some key problems with this study that the nationwide newspaper decided not to include:
• Age range 21-69
• Weight range 62-144
• Bioelectrical impedance measurements
